These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any donations made to support families affected by Hurricane Melissa through this community-led relief effort organized by AUTM8 LLC, a U.S.-registered company.

All funds collected through this site, including via Stripe, PayPal, or Zelle, are designated to provide food, clean water, hygiene supplies, and other essential items to communities in Jamaica impacted by Hurricane Melissa.

AUTM8 LLC is managing the coordination of this initiative with the help of local partners to ensure donations are used responsibly and reach those in need.

2. Donations

All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
Funds are used solely for relief-related expenses, such as purchasing supplies and facilitating safe distribution.

AUTM8 LLC does not collect fees beyond standard payment processing costs charged by third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

3. Transparency

We are committed to transparency and accountability.
Updates on how donations are used, including photos and reports, will be shared via email or WhatsApp with donors who provide their contact information.

4. Third-Party Services

Payments and donations may be processed by trusted third-party platforms (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Zelle). These services have their own privacy and security policies. AUTM8 LLC is not responsible for the performance or policies of these third parties.

5. Data Privacy

Personal information collected during donations (e.g., name, email, payment details) is used solely for processing contributions and providing updates.
